Never Going Back!

First, my room was directly across the parking lot from an industrial size hotel dumpster that smelled horrible and captivated the attention of what seemed to be every housefly in the city of Griffin. The stinch of the dumpster matched the personality of the dayshift staff, in particular Patricia. I had a late night check in and was granted permission to remain at the pool the following day after checkout since I had not benefitted from it earlier due to my late check in time. I was there with my children when a lady and two other women (her grown children, I suppose) pulled in off the streets and entered the pool area. Next thing that I knew one of the young women began telling me that we had to leave because her mom worked there and check out time was over. It was confrontational and very unprofessional. I was in town the following week and was going to attempt to give the hotel another chance at maintaining my customer loyalty. I went inside to check in and Patricia was at the desk with the shift supervisor who I attempted to report the last incident to ensure that there were no repeated episodes, during this attempt Patricia continually over talked me and argued with me in the presence of the shift superviser. I chose another local hotel that was clean and the staff was awesome. I would not recommend this hotel.
