Fairfield Inn by Marriott Great Falls, Great Falls

The staff very friendly and helpful! Our family had a situation (nothing pertaining to the hotel) and the staff were extremely understanding and helpful. I will recommend this hotel to everyone and anyone!!!! And of course we will stay again and again...... Thank You for Everything!

Managment ciled a complaint to out planner saying we were harassing them about refrigerators. We simply asked if they had spare refrigerator and was told they had some and put put us on the list. Then we get a call saying a complaint was filed about harassment . Seems to me if the managmnet can't handle something so small as this what can they do. My room has mold in the window and there is one ice machine on the 1st floor. Get what you pay for.!

One thing I like about this hotel, you do not need a credit card to reserve a room if you are there by 6 pm. Very helpful staff that directed us to a great place to eat (Jakers). Though we had some left-overs that needed a fridge. We didn't have one in our room, but they were kind enough to put in their fridge. The room was huge! With a huge king size bed. Talk about clean! Even though we didn't need to stay in our room until Noon the next day it is nice to know that they do have that. They also give a medical discount. Breakfast in the morning had a bunch of different things. The wind blew all night and I could hear that. But of course the wind always blows in Montana, so I should be used to it. Overall great staff and quiet room (neighbor noise).
