front desk staff was very unfriendly, our room didn't get cleaned one day and when we got back from shopping, we phoned the front desk and they said we would have to come down and get some clean towels if we wanted them, excuse me???? Also, pool area ladder had some nasty screws sticking out of it and my grandson (3 yrs old) pointed it out to me. Rooms definitely need to be updated.

A lifesaver

We checked into the Billing's Comfort Inn after one horrible night at the Holiday Inn down the road. The front desk did everything to find a room for my daughter and I. We were given a room with two queen size beds. The room was very clean and the bathroom was spotless. We spent three nights at this hotel and slept great each night. The hotel was quiet. We had a room on the first floor. The air conditioning worked great. The pool facility was great. I was very thankful for this pleasant experience after my Holiday Inn nightmare. The hotel also has a continental breakfast each morning that was very nice. This stay was very pleasant.
