Absolutely terrible! Never stay here! My Fiance and I stayed there last weekend (Thanksgiving weekend) and it was a complete disaster! We ate dinner and came back to the room late and noticed the toilet was broken. We didn't say anything because it flushed half way and then came up later so we didn't notice it right away. The Bed cover had SEVERAL CIGARETTE burns in it and the sheets were not clean. The shower had difficulty spraying out the next morning as well. I also noticed Bugs crawling on the wall near the window that morning. For the amount this hotel charges I was pretty upset about this and called around 9 in the morning to the operator at which no one picked up. We got our belongings together to leave and my fiance tried to flush the toilet once more before we left. At this point the TOILET STARTED OVERFLOWING all over the bathroom and into the actual room where a shirt of mine was DESTROYED! I stormed out and went to the front desk where the woman went into the room and came back and says to us "And what is the problem?" I said "Umm did you see the gallons of water overflowing in the room?" The woman at the front desk started raising her voice to me saying that we broke their toilet! At this point I asked to speak with the manager and she refused! I said this was inappropriate and we had stayed there several times before and were planning on spending our honeymoon at this hotel prior to this happening and she didn't care. At this point she tells the owner about the flood and he started to YELL AT US ABOUT THE FLOOD saying that his room was COMPLETELY DESTROYED and WE WERE RESPONSIBLE!@ The owner was completely condescending and VERY THREATENING and came at me several times with a mop. I started crying because I felt extremely threatened. He was saying that my fiance and I flooded the room on purpose to get a discount on the room! I cannot believe how INNAPPROPRIATE this manager was. I demanded a discount for the room and he said "Take me to court because you're not getting a discount! I have to pay for that entire rug!" Suffice to say that we WILL NOT be having our honeymoon there and they have lost SO MUCH money because we were planning on blocking rooms for our future wedding guests with this hotel. I will never EVER go to this hotel ever again and the Owner terrified me into tears!
