the hotel was great. the room was great. the food was great. the pool was great. the service was great. i would stay here again.

This facility far exceeded my expectations. The sparkling clean two bedroom suite was like a small apartment - two bedrooms (queen bed in each), a living room and full kitchen. There were 2 full baths and 3 televisions. We slept four (six would have been easy using the living room sofa bed). Air conditioning was excellent and easy to adjust with a wall thermostat. Breakfast was great with hot and cold items. Best of all, there were no extra charges. This is a great place for a large family or maybe two couples travelling together. I was a little surprised to see families at breakfast beause it was so quiet I wasn't certain there were other guests in the hotel. I never heard any children. Service was excellent. Staff sincerely wanted to do whatever they could to make our stay pleasant. We were permitted to check in two hours early, which was a convenience. When my husband asked about getting a Sunday paper, the manager offered to drive to the corner store to buy one for him! Free USA Today newspapers are available Monday thru Friday. This hotel is designed for long-term guests. Most of the guests are staying for longer than a few days, probably part of their job. But we never felt that we were valued less than the long-term guests. We'll definitely go again.

The two bedroom suite was great!! Very clean & home like. Excellent bed & towels. Very nice breakfast buffet. The staff was very helpful with our needs. We visit Schaumburg on a regular basis & now we have found a great place to stay without having to wonder what we're getting into. This place is also close to everywhere we wanted to go & everything we needed. We will definately return to Staybridge Suites on our next visit -- no doubt!!

My family stayed at this location over Labor Day weekend, 2005.Our reservations were made in advance and we requested a ground floor, non-smoking room. Upon arrival,(after 4 p.m.)we were told that our room was not ready yet.When it was ready, we were given a smoking room where the smell of smoke was so strong we could smell it outside. After contacting the front desk, we were switched to a 2nd floor room.(even though we requested a 1st floor because of a disabled family member)This room was occupied by other hotel guests at this time.After again contacting the front desk, we were told that we had to wait 30-45 minutes until another room was clean. This time the room was ok, but smelled musty and damp.We were tired after our travel and decided to stay in this room. We requested a discount from the hotel management and were only given a 20.00 discount on the room rate for our inconvenience. Our previous stays at this hotel proved to be excellent and the location to shopping and restaurants is excellent, but we were very disappointed this time. Hopefully this was a one-time breakdown in service.

We were on a family vacation and the Staybridge made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable than any other hotel we have stayed at in a while. The 2 bedroom suite was large and very clean. We especially enjoyed the huge breakfast every morning. Everything was free once we checked in: breakfast, internet, laundry, etc...The staff was also great!! They helped us with directions to the places we wanted to go. We certainly recommend this hotel!!

Great friendly service, rooms clean and had everything we needed, close to great restaurants and shopping. The weekend was a family reunion, we had two two bedroom suites and had a wonderful time visiting!

This place was nasty. We found crumbs everywhere including the microwave, refrigerator, and nightstands. There were old chips in the pull out couch and dead ants in the bathroom. The towels and pillow cases were stained and the sheets had holes in them. We questioned the front desk about their cleaning procedures and were told they would make a note of it. That was it. This place was also much noisier than similar facilities. We would certainly not stay here again!

Very Clean and homelike setting. Lots of Extras.... Huge Breakfast Buffet! Mature Beautiful Outdoor Setting for Pool and activities. Free Internet and local calls. Terrific Staff!!! Large Suites. Fun BQ in Summer with Staff!! Overall Great Stay.
