The room smelled so badly I had to go buy a scented candle to be able to stand it, the stains on carpet made me keep my shoes on all the time. I shook a dead insect off the towel in the bathroom which also had a dripping faucet. The bed was cheap, hard and not conducive to a good night sleep. As far as the amenities, the WiFi was slow only got 2 bars & the Blow Dryer was so cheap I could not even get my hair dried with it. The coffee pot was located in the already cramped bathroom shoved in the corner of the sink area. I tried watching TV but it had a fuzzy picture and poor sound quality. Breakfast is over by 9 am so do not plan on sleeping late, by the time I got down there at 8:15 am all that was left was a donut that was so hard my teenager would not even eat it. Also I opened a tub of coffee creamer and it was like buttermilk. I could not get out of there fast enough and will NEVER stay there again, no wonder if was half the rate of the Hotel next door - I would rather sleep in my car. Oh yeah, and No One at the desk asked me how my stay was when I checked out….figures.

This hotel is nothing but a headache. First of all they charge things to your credit card with ther card holders authorization and dont even try to ask for a manager because apparently no one knows when they are going to come in plus they will give you attitude. They were not friendly and their customer service was awful!!! Maybe if the manager actually showed up to work maybe her employees would be as least decient in customer service! Then on top of that dont even think about trying to call the customer service number for help because you have to actually wait around for the manager to show up to even do anything because they dont deal with it right off hand!! So you better hope and pray the manager shows up and the employee actually give them the message!!! all and all I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!!!!
