Days Inn Mountain Grove, Mountain Grove

The service was horrible and the staff out-right lied to us several times about our accomodations. The rooms were musty and old. The rooms were very much in the genre of those seedy hotel rooms you would find in movies that focus on crime and drugs. The rooms were also filthy!! In our room, there were several mystery splatters on the mirros, carpet, etc., that were simply not cleaned. If you can at all, I would stay in West Plains, MO, which has more modern and clean accomodations. I will never, ever stay in this nightmare of a hotel again.

Room had big stains on ceiling and wallpaper in room was peeling. The bathroom door stuck and had to pull hard to open it. Everything looked run down. Would not stay here again

We checked in around 7pm. Fast, Easy check in. We was in town for a beagle event (NHBA Days 3/20-21) and wanted something close to the club. This worked well with a Wal-Mart within a mile and McDonald's less then a block away. Checked out before 5am (missed breakfast). Only has 15 TV channels, internet worked excellent, too cold for pool. Next time in this area, we will stay again.

nice, clean hotel. friendly service. rate it a A+++++. they even got me a iron and ironing board and extra towels.
