We would never go back!

DISLIKE: Room was not ready, even though we had a 2-week prior reservation via internet.
DISLIKE: Price was misrepresented because added a ROOM TAX of 10%, which was not mentioned on their webpage.
DISLIKE: Cash price for one night was $179 plus ripoff ROOM TAX of extra $17.90. Credit card was also charged for $205. So if you pay by credit card there is some sort of unknown surcharge.
DISLIKE: Curtains in the room could not be closed, designed for dark curtains to be decorative but do not close all the way; lets in too much light or public view from adjacent balcony.
DISLIKE: Not enough towels or blankets.
DISLIKE: Desk confiscated credit card and held it hostage even though we paid cash. When they returned the credit card, they charged it ALSO, double-dipping the amount. If they charge every cash-paying customer twice, that amounts to a lot of extra money. Their recordkeeping leaves a lot to be desired because they refused to correct their error before at least a week.
DISLIKE: Furniture was old, lamp was broken.
DISLIKE: Supposed breakfast and barbecue included in the price, but no bacon or sausage for breakfast.
LIKE: The people who cleaned the room and served the food, although Spanish-speakers with very thick accents, were outstanding and very cooperative.
