Just a few minutes from Lihue Airport, the Kauai Beach Villas is centrally located near Wailua and Kapaa on Kauai's East Shore and a convenient distance to a wide variety of Hawaii activities.The impressive grounds, adorned by a variety of palm trees and exotic native plants are the home of whistling ducks, black swans, and geese. Guests can enjoy a colorful sunrise over the ocean, take a leisurely stroll on Nukolii Beach, lounge by the pool or just relax on the condos private lanai. Guests can also explore what the adjacent hotel and resort has to offer, including a first class restaurant, lounge, art gallery, and gift shop.Overlooking the fresh water lagoons and swimming pool the one-bedroom, two-bath, non-smoking condo has been recently renovated, newly furnished and feels more like a home than a rental. The beach is just a short walk through the beautiful grounds. The condo has been appointed with new Berber carpeting and tile floors, new kitchen cabinets and countertops, all new appliances, and new electronic equipment. The third floor location affords the guests added privacy and security.

G-6 was a week in paradise

The oceanfront condo was completely remodeled with all the designer touches. We had a quick check-in and were able to even have a late check-out. That was great because we didn't want to waste one moment in Kauai. The condo was centrally located on the island and only 5 minutes from the airport. The condo had everything and it all looked brand new. You would have expected to pay twice as much for this kind of condo that sat right on the beach. WHAT AN AWESOME VIEW!!! We'll definately be going back and staying longer next time and it will be at KAUAI BEACH VILLA G-6!

Nice week in Kauai

We stayed a week . Although we did not get a ocean view, the unit was very new and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the gas grills came in handy. You might book your excursions yourself using booklets all over the island, or pay full price from the concierge service. We ate out several times. Dukes and the Beach house in Poipu were exceptional. Many excellent local eateries in every small village on the perimeter of the island. Free internet!

Never go back!

Obviously this unit has not been remodeled in over 30 yrs and it shows. The carpet was cheap,filthy, indoor/outdoor carpet. The dining chairs worn out and not comfortable. The living room furniture was old and outdated. There was a water leak in the closet area. The walls need to be repainted. My socks were filthy from walking on the carpet! My last comment was it was way over priced for the size and the condidtion of this unit which was G6.

I'm Hoping To Visit Again

I liked the Kauai Beach Villa's because It was close to the beach and not far away from the Lihue airport.It was a very comfortable Condo.

Love the Beach Villas

We stayed at the Kauai Beach Villas for one week in July 2004. Our condo was well-appointed, we had a great 2nd floor view of the ocean, and the condos are close to the airport. The highlight was being able to use the next door Raddison's facilities, with three swimming pools, bar, restaurant, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect

Loved everything. Nice condo-2 bedrooms, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms. Breathtaking views in the oceanfront condos. Able to use Raddisson facilities next door-pools, spa, resturants, etc.

Don't rent G-7

We rented 2 units. Unit H7 was great. Unit G-7 was filthy. The toilet leaked for days. They fixed it, but the unit totally needs remodeling and plumbing repair. Windows in bad shape. Very dirty. No G-7
