Comfort Inn Indianapolis, Indianapolis

When I arrived at 10pm, I was greeted with free freshly made cookies, a fruit snack, and a bottle of water (because I was a member of their free Choice Privileges program, which I signed up for when I made my online reservation). The indoor pool was small and the water looked green, but that could have been a trick of the lighting. I didn't have the time to use it anyway. The room was fine, with a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows and towels. Although close to the freeway, I didn't notice any traffic noise in the room. The free breakfast was advertised as continental but included waffles as well. Check-out was painless. It has no restaurant, but is surrounded by convenient places to eat. As a budget property, it was very good.

Mgr -Patty Stevens was very accommodating. I made a mess of my Internet reservations, totally my fault, but she made everything right; just a good Customer Service type of representation necessary for the business survival in these times. This location is good for my annual Do-It-Best convention in the downtown center.
