Holiday Inn Express Whitefish, Whitefish

The room was very clean, although small. The staff was polite and the dining room well kept and well stocked for breakfast. It is convenient to the town yet tucked away from the main street.

The staff was very nice, the rooms are well maintained, and the dining area was spotless. With hot soup in the afternoon and a wonderful selection at breakfast the girls were happy and so was I. My daughter loved it when I booked two rooms side by side for her 12 birthday. She invited about 6 friends and they played in the pool and on the water slide all evening. And I got to sit in the hot tub and relax. In fact my daughter and her friends had so much fun that she's asked for a repeat for this years birthday.

From the very beginning of our week long stay we always felt comfortable and when requests were made, the staff was immediate in their response. I would stay here again and again. The beds were sooo comfortable, which always makes or breaks a vacation. You need to get moving in the morning as patrons like to have a seven course meal at the breakfast bar. The staff made sure everything was continuously filled and ready to go.

I stayed in the Holiday Inn Express just last month. The location was great because we were snowboarding at Big Mountain. However your employee's were very rude. We stayed for 3 days and our room was never cleaned. The lady at the front desk was rude when I asked for a vaccume to clean my own room. I made a request for some new sheets and pillow cases and it was never brought. I think that your employee's should be retrained and tought how to treat a guest that is paying 80 dollars a night to stay in you hotel. Sincerly, A Guest
