WILL NEVER GO BACK!

We were treated very poorly by Jerry, the owner, (who would not disclose his last name to me) who when I called to complain that several guests were not given the correct room they booked 4-6 m onths in advance and had to go to another hotel, I asked to speak with the person that manages or is above Jerry, at which time he informed me that the only person above him was God. We had rehearsal dinner there on Friday, and rented over 30 rooms to our wedding guests from Friday to Sunday. Almost all of our guests are dissatisfied and complained about the rudeness of the staff, the dirtiness of the rooms, not getting the room they booked for months in advance, and how unsanitary the hotel was. We are very, very dissatisfied with the hotel and the management and how we were treated - especially after spending the amount of money we did. To top it off, I did receive a letter from Travis D. Rusnell, general manager (maybe the person above Jerry and below God?!?!) saying how sorry he was for any comments or remarks the owner may have made that I may have found offensive or rude. Well, Travis, thank you so much for not going out of your way - you did not help satisfy a customer and made no effort to do so. We will never return to the hotel, along with all the other guests who were there that weekend. We were not compensated in any way. We will make sure to inform others about the operation and management of this hotel. We do not want anyone else to have to experience the rudeness and unsanitary conditions that we and our guests did, especially on our wedding weekend.
