Comfort Inn Waterford, Waterford

While I have not had the chance to actually STAY at this loction. I was given a gift certificate from family member for Christmas for this location. However, the certificate was purchased with the intention of using it in another state. These are apparently non-transferable from location to location, and coproate was NO help. I contacted Travis- and he was very helpful and was able to refund the $50.00 gift certificate so that I could apply it to use at another Comfort Inn in the state we were looking to travel to. I am very impressed with his willingness to go above and beyond for us, and will be staying at this hotel the next time we are in the area.

I stayed here several times in the past and have always found the rooms comfortable and clean. The spa sized tubs are an awesome feature. I have dealt with a lot of customer service people and have found the Comfort Inn associates very professional and kind. Had a lot of fun with my kids in the pool. We will return.

I was recomended this place to stay and found it very accomodating to our needs. A friendly atmosphere with very nice employee`s. Very clean and the pool area was so nice to relax after a long day. Thank you all!

It was okay. Not anything to brag about. Enjoyed the Jacuzzi room, they always have specials on that one. I enjoyed myself.

We were treated very poorly by Jerry, the owner, (who would not disclose his last name to me) who when I called to complain that several guests were not given the correct room they booked 4-6 m onths in advance and had to go to another hotel, I asked to speak with the person that manages or is above Jerry, at which time he informed me that the only person above him was God. We had rehearsal dinner there on Friday, and rented over 30 rooms to our wedding guests from Friday to Sunday. Almost all of our guests are dissatisfied and complained about the rudeness of the staff, the dirtiness of the rooms, not getting the room they booked for months in advance, and how unsanitary the hotel was. We are very, very dissatisfied with the hotel and the management and how we were treated - especially after spending the amount of money we did. To top it off, I did receive a letter from Travis D. Rusnell, general manager (maybe the person above Jerry and below God?!?!) saying how sorry he was for any comments or remarks the owner may have made that I may have found offensive or rude. Well, Travis, thank you so much for not going out of your way - you did not help satisfy a customer and made no effort to do so. We will never return to the hotel, along with all the other guests who were there that weekend. We were not compensated in any way. We will make sure to inform others about the operation and management of this hotel. We do not want anyone else to have to experience the rudeness and unsanitary conditions that we and our guests did, especially on our wedding weekend.

The staff was very friendly, and the landscaping is beautiful. I love the weekday deals and the whirlpool is so relaxing. I lodged at this location about 4 times and I sure I will go back soon. A++++++

My fiance' booked a King/Jacuzzi suite for Valentine's Day. It was fabulous! The Jacuzzi's are wonderfully relaxing. The room itself was very clean and nice compared to some I've been in. Overall it is a great value for the money. I'd highly reccomend it to my friends/family. It is also very close to alot of different dining establishments.
