Super 8 Motel, Villa Rica

We stay at alot of economy hotels on our trip across the usa and liked this location alot. the place was friendly and clean rooms and grounds. i noticed they were cleaning the parking lot at night as well as during the day which showed how much mgmt cares of the appearance. the rates were ok but a little higher than in Atlanta (about 50 miles away) but lower than the other nearby hotels. Very close to plenty of fast food places. will come back on return trip through here.

The customer service was less than professional the hotel was less than forthcoming about their refund policy. The rooms were moldy and stuffy. I brought the complaints to staff members as soon as I checked in and it was down hill from there. The mangement uses the local law enforcement to escort you off of the property instead of dealing the situation when you ask for a refund for additional days if you are checking out early. Have a back up plan if you are going to stay here. I would not encourage anyone that have allergies, asthma, or small children and elderly family members ldren with breathing or respiratory problems to stay here.
