Hampton Inn Niagara Falls North of the Falls, Niagara Falls

I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is in a great location very close to the falls. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus up to the falls. The rooms are absolutely spotless. The continental breakfast is good. The pool is on the small side but is very clean and the fact that it wasn't very deep was nice since I have a small child. Our room was near the lobby and our room was absolutely sound proof. Didn't here any doors slamming or any other guests at all in the halls. This hotel gets a A for its good value, cleanliness, and great friendly service.

We planned just an overnight stay and this hotel was perfect. The staff was very nice and helpful and pleasant to speak with . The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The free breakfast was excellent. Even the pool was nice. The only negative was that there were not alot of selections for TV channels. After walking around all day it would have been nice to have a better selection to choose from especially with kids around. We liked not being right by the falls. The free shuttle worked great - it was nice not to have to worry about parking. Thanks for a pleasant experience.

I booked online for three rooms but won't be able to book three at the same time....I just have to book each room with repeat typing same info...uh...annoying. Then I found out there is no place to cancel or make change. Check it out yourself to see if I am correct on this? / I decide to cancel but only send email through email address provided. Cross my finger if they still charge my credit card for the fun of argument huh. I emphasize that I have not stay in this hotel but fish will smell like fish

I couldn't believe it, it is a nice, clean comfortable hotel, on the same street as the Falls, across from the beautiful Niagara River. Hidden Gem of Niagara Falls.

They put us in room 413, we woke up to a downpour coming through the vent in the bathroom ceiling. We called down and they said they'd send someone up. No one came. We asked for another room. They gave us 218 - telling us it was a non smoking hotel and that the ciggerette smoke we smelled was probably from a guest that ignored the rules. Unable to handle the smell, we asked for another room, they gave us one on the third floor which smelled of mildew so strongly that we barely could get into the door. We returned again to the desk to be told that we had dirtied three rooms that day and they didn't have another to give us. We told them they'd have to do better than that. I have stayed in hostels all over the world and have never had a room smell as bad as that mildew one nor have I had any of these problems. After putting us off for some time, they "found" another room. We checked it out to find that they had sprayed lysol throughout the room, including the curtains - the smell was overpowering, but we opened the window expecting it would disapate and we could handle one more night. When returned later that day, the smell of lysol had gone but the ciggerette smoke and mildew returned - just not as strong. Everyone there claimed to be a manager and not have anyone else to call to help us. The one woman treated us terribly. They gave no information about the local transport and gave us the incorrect information about the times that one bus system did run, saying it stopped at six pm - when it didn't stop until midnight. This is absolutely the worst place I'd ever stayed because of the problems and the way we were treated. They did give us a partial refund - but we had to fight for it.

Loved it! Simply put it is an extremely clean, updated hotel with great service. We really loved the free casino shuttle, free parking and free breakfast. You cannot bet the value for the price...awesome.

The hotel was CLEAN, good location away from the heavy traffic but right in front of the river walk and one of the attractions "White Water Walk" and a bus pick up point. The hotel offers a shuttle service all day and night until very late right down to the Casinos and Falls. The second floor was awesome for the kids - the pool is on the same floor.
