The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, Kowloon

Excellent location but my floor was a little windy owing to no walls. Also there were no staff to be found, and the elevators were out of action. On the plus side, the stay was free.

very nice view(habour view room),service is great,from front desk,spa,rental car all fabulous! nothing is cheap here,but it worth it of what we have. we rent so many times car,from and to airport,to dinner,lunch,and we would appricate if on our next visit we can get discount for car rental,since we might use the service quite often while we visiting.bottom line we would like to come again next time!

I don't understand how they do it! First, you walk into a flower-sented lobby with friendly staff and people. ALL of the staff speak broken or perfect English, so comunicatin is easy here. Thier restraunt is divine, with creamy, hallow chocolate of witch our family had 3 servings! Thier rooms are big with beatuiful lining, and with so soft beds you want to stay in bed all day! They look like they just opened, my children, neices and nephues litarly sat in the corneres! The locatin is perfect with plenty of things to do. You get MOSTLY of what you pay for, it is a little pricy.

I did not stay in the Ritz-Carlton, but the Toscana restaurant is abosolutely outstanding. I went there very a day ago and found the service to be impeccable. The menu was decadent. The atmosphere is very opulent and classic, with dim lighting, high ceilings, two large chandeliers and exquisite large murals, possibly one of the grandest places to dine in Hong Kong. Amuse bouches are served which is actually quite rare in European restaurants in Hong Kong. A small 'thank you gift' is also served: a small platter of assorted chocolates and a chocolate plaque with chocolate titling: "Thank you very much for dining with us [Name] and family. And when the staff saw that we liked the chocolates, they asked if we wanted a second serving! Everyone was too full, but they gave us a bag filled with them upon paying the bill! Now that is what I call great service. The staff were eager to make recommendations and knew when to disappear and reappear. I have been to restaurants like Spoon and Brasserie on the Eighth and I have to say I find Toscana is the best out of them, even though they are all exceptional restaurants. The pricing was very, very expensive, but if you ever get the chance to, go and have a great night out - its worth it, and you won't be disappointed!

From the moment you enter the lily-scented lobby, to the time at which you head out for your business meeting the next morning, you have been pampered with luxory and service second-to-none by a staff who go out of their way to learn your name. Bravo! Bravo!

Loved the hotel and the location. Shopping is close by, rooms are immaculate. The concierge was always willing and able, they have a wealth of information and are eager to share. I won't stay anywhere else in Hong Kong.

I like this hotel coz my JERRY used to stay there when he filmed Magic Kitchen.How I wish I can go back there again soon!

the values of your crews is bad!... they dont now sometimes to greet there guest!.... bur more of your crews is very hospitable.... i hope someday, if we have a family affair again i will come and visit or stay in your hotel again!... good bless!... and good job!...

Even though you do not think of a Ritz as a business hotel, this is the best in Hong Kong. It is small, quiet, and on the correct side of the water. Don't expect an asian flavor to the rooms though.
