Mrs. R. Dottin
My stay at this hotel was the worse ever in my entire life. On the 4th of July, I came into the hotel, received a room and before going to my room, asked for a 4AM "wake-up-call." I was in Room #411. I got myself situated and decided to pull the comfortable back from the bed and noticed that there was only one sheet on the bed which served as the "fitted" sheet and there was not a "flat" sheet on the bed. I immediately called down to the attendant to recify this problem and the female that answered my called said, "what do you want me to do...I'm very busy....I have people standing here and I'm the only one here?" I was amazed she said this, so I began to gather my things to leave this hotel. About two minutes later, my hotel room telephone rang and it was the same female attendant stating she was sending someone up with a key to put me in room# 410, which is across the hall. I agreed and waited for my new room key. After receiving the room key, I went across the hall and to my surprise, the room smelled like a smoking cigarette room. There was no way I could stay or sleep in such a room. So, again I called down to the attendant and told her my of the room. She stated there were no other rooms with a double-bed and that she would have to put me in room #402 which is a suite. I received the room key to the suite, gathered all my belongings and settled in the room suite. When I woke up, it was after 8:00 am and realized that I DID NOT RECEIVE my 4AM wake-up call. I was furious, frustrated and very much upset with this hotel. As I turned in my keys to the rooms, I told Ms. Diaz how upset I was and she said she'd credit me $25 towards my hotel bill.
