First Interstate Inn, Longmont

On August17,2012, I paid $55.78, for 1 nite . Got in Rm.16, after 2 hours I pull back blankets ready to go to sleep. As i did I saw the sheets were dirty and had hairs on them. So I went to Office to tell clerk, at which She gave Me a key to Rm. 17. When I went to rm.17 I checked the beds and found hairs on them too. I return office and told Clerk about hairs on beds. I asked for My money back for the service was as advertised. I showed The Clerk's Husband Who I could not understand His broken English(Korean) the beds and hairs. He seem to dismiss seeing the hairs. When I asked for refund, I was told to talk to General Manager today(sat.). I believe in gtting what I pay for. Clean Rm. and Bedding.

From the moment I walked in, the service from the employees were great. The office was open 24 hours and the parking lot felt secure. The rooms were clean and the location was convenient to travel to longmont or firestone. The prices were very reasonable.
