hospitality Santa Fe style
By Virginia, 11/08/09
Although we arrived early and they were very busy, we were treated to true hospitality. Easy access to and from anywhere, walking distance from a multitude of shops and eateries. The staff made us feel so very welcome. Prepare for a fabulous vacation by checking out all this hotel has to offer.

THE only place I stay in Santa Fe
By ElsaA, 05/29/09
The first time I visited Santa Fe I was visiting for the day. When I saw the Hotel Santa Fe I knew that the next time I visited Santa Fe I would stay here! I have stayed at this hotel four times, the only time that I haven’t stayed here is because there were no rooms available. The hotel staff is always accommodating, the rooms are comfortable and quiet, the complementary fresh brewed morning coffee most appreciated and hearing Ronald Roybal perform (live) in the hotel’s comfortable lobby, Native American flute and classical guitar selections, a special treat. This is the only place I stay when visiting Santa Fe.

Overall, a very nice stay. . .
By Downtown Diner, 07/11/08
I had researched hotel in Santa Fe online and ended up choosing the Hotel Santa Fe. I have no regrets and would happily stay at the hotel again. The location was good (easy walking distance to the Plaza), but I was intrigued by some of the great looking hotels I saw right on the Plaza. I booked one of the larger "two room" suites, but it was still rather cramped and the AC seemed loud at night. Still, it was comfortable, clean and offered a nice view of the restaurant patio. Service was good, the restaurant was nice (although breakfasts were a little pricey for simple food). Again, all things considered, it was a great stay.

Wonderful hotel!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/23/08
The hotel itself was beautiful- we stayed in a room with a luxurious bathroom, balcony and huge, comfortable bed. They really know how to pamper the guests- from thick terrycloth robes, slippers, and chocolates on the bed every night! I felt like it was a luxurious hotel and would recommend it (especially room 503!) Also, we could walk to town or use the hotel provided driver service. ERChim

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Santa Fe.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/04/08
We will defininitely return to the Hotel Santa Fe. We loved the cozy, relaxing, friendly atmosphere. The hotel is well-maintained and the shuttle was very handy for going to the Plaza. The Amayo restaurant has outstanding food and the Concierge Table was our guide to shops, restaurants and activities throughout the area. Hats off to the creators of the "books". The service was excellent throughout our stay.

Great Place to Stay
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/14/07
We love to go to Hotel Santa Fe. It has so much personality and character. There is always live music playing in the evenings and the place just has a special aura about it. The restaurant is good - not great - but still fun to eat there at least once for dinner while you stay there. Highly recommend it. Great people - friendly service. Discounts for repeat business.

A memorable experience
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/15/07
We stayed at this hotel on the recommendation of close friends. They raved about the attentive and friendly staff and the nice rooms. They particularly advised us to make time to eat at the Amaya restaurant and hear Ronald Roybal perform Native American Flute. When we arrived, we were struck by the beauty of the hotel. It looked like a large Pueblo! Everyone was friendly and the room (a junior suite) was cozy. The concierge helped us plan our outings and restaurant reservations. We asked her about Ronald Roybal and she spoke highly of him and advised us to make reservations at the restaurant so we could enjoy his show. His performance became the highlight of the week! The music matched the scenery that we saw during our vacation. We can't wait to come back.

Stayed at the hotel for the second time in several years. Excellent service, friendly staff, good food. Plan on staying there the next time also.

Wonderful Wonderful
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/25/07
We who booked through expedia after reading internet reviews, some of which gave us a little trepidation which I can now say was totally unwarranted. Our casita was comfy and funky -- leather furniture, a portrait of Sitting Bull and art by Doug Coffin everywhere -- even in the parking lot! We had our own little Zen garden to enjoy at the end of each fun day and enjoyed the hot tub. Breakfasts were super and the staff helped us plan our day trips. It was an excellent way to start our Southwestern US tour.

A Great Santa Fe Experience
By MarkT, 03/16/07
The Hotel Santa Fe exceeded our expectations. We loved the fact that it is locally owned, rather than a part of a chain. The ambiance reflected the local tribe's ownership. All in all, the hotel was a nice immersion into the Santa Fe culture and atmosphere.
