Comfort Inn Livonia, Livonia

Saved my elderly dog and my life during the Dec. 2010 week long power outage. Outside temps around 10 degrees, no way can stay in your house with no power, pain the butt trying to find hotels that not only allow pets, but whose staff enjoys them. Easy access and nice area for dog walking. Half of Novi and parts of Farmington booked this hotel solid this week. Staff is wonderful ... extremely caring people who go out of their way to help and make your stay comfortable. They all deserve a big raise. I got a room w/ jacuzzi tub on the ground floor. Loved the way this room was set up ... you could sit in the tub and watch the very large screen tv if you wanted. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on (and when traveling I usually stay at the Hilton). Will definitely stay here anytime I need to stay in a hotel or as a getaway. THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH !!! :)

The hotel would be nice if they had a over haul. Floors were not clean. breakfast uhg . IF you can not afford a better hotel then stayhere it is a 2 o 3 star but with work it could be as good as staff. STAFF great

This hotel is newly redecorated and the rooms are beautiful. I loved the free wireless internet and it was so close to Burton Manor, which is where our event was. Also super convenient to downtown Detroit becuase we drove down their to go to Motor City Casino, which was fun! I highly recomend this hotel.

I liked the hotel. My favorite part about the hotel was how nice our room was. It was new and clean and comfortable. The location was great becuase we walked next door to the Olive Garden Restaurant and had a delicious dinner. There is an IHOP there too, but the free hot continental breakfast we went to instead to save money. It was delicious.

I was really impressed by this Comfort Inn. It is the nicest Comfort Inn I have ever stayed at. My room had a whirlpool tub and microwave and refridgerator and was so clean. The staff was super friendly and even brought in an extra rollaway bed when my niece wanted to stay overnight with me and watch HBO movies with popcorn. She loved the breakfast in the morning! It was free hot waffles, and cereal, muffins, pastries, juice, fruit, yogurt, eggs! It was a great hotel stay and I sure will stay here next time I come to visit my sister and her family!

The staff was very helpful, but the room I stayed in was horrible. I requested a non-smoking room and it obviously wasn't. The carpet was dirty, the wallpaper was peeling off, there was spider webs in the corners, and one of the baseboards in the bathroom was pulling away from the wall. The only other positive thing I can say about this place besides the staff is that the bed was pretty comfy. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
