Needed repairs

Called and made reservations earlier in the week, staff could have been more friendley. The outside of the hotel needed mowed, weeds in flower beds. We used the pool and hot tub, only a coulple of the jets worked in the hot tub. Plaster was falling off the ceiling and walls in the pool area. The rooms where OK. No ice machine.

This hotel is great for the price! Huge breakfast selection, indoor pool, wireless internet, and very friendly attentive staff! Biking path a plus!!

All you need, no annoyances, nice staff!

This place is great! Rooms are clean and quiet, and the staff very friendly - they really like return customers! The pool is indoors and clean. The breakfast is great (yea waffle-maker!) The location is right near the Mall, right off the highway, central to northern DSM, and has access to a great walking/biking path.
