We would stay here again anytime!!!
By AllisonA, 07/26/08
What a wonderful find!! From the very first phone call when I made my reservations right up until we checked out The Drury was Great. We were in town for my son's birthday and a ballgame and upon check-in, the clerk asked whose b-day it was. That made my son's day! It was all about him! Very knowledgable staff and super friendly. The hot breakfast bar far exceeded our expectations especially in these days of a continental breakfast. Plus the manager's reception in the evening is nice for the adults but they don't leave out the kids either. The pool is small but plenty for the kids and we didn't spend alot of time there anyway. I was very impressed with the gated parking garage also. And the Drury @ the Convention Center is within easy walking distance of the Arch and Busch Stadium. Also it is only about 2 blocks from the Metro Link stop which was great. All in all it was a great place to stay!!

Fantastic Stay
By vanitadiva, 12/19/07
I came to stay at this particular hotel soley because of the location. My son is a huge Packers fan and Greenbay was was playing Saint Louis at the Dome which happens to be right next door to this Drury Hotel. I drove 6 1/2 hours from Columbus Ohio in a snow storm. I arrived with my two teenage sons in a gorgeous lobby greeted by a guest clerk named Gail. Gail greeted me by my name. I asked her how did she know I was Vanita and she told me that she remembered when I called that I told her I would be arriving early. That was the first thing that impressed me. Next we parked in the adjacent garage that was not only convenient but free. Every Drury employee that we encountered on our journey to our room welcomed us with cheery greeting. The room was exactly what we expected. The amenities were all there. We wanted to eat somewhere nice and I had noticed that there was a restaurant attached to the hotel named San Fillipino's. I was leary of going to this restaurant initially because most restaurants attached to a hotel are not good. After reading critical reviews of the restaurant I decided that I would dine there with my two teenage sons, 15 and 16. When we walked in we noticed that a gentleman in chef attire was eating a bountious plate of spaghetti. This is always a good sign. The service and food surpassed all expectations. The morning of the game we woke up to partake of the hot breakfast that is included with the hotel stay. It was a great spread and very filling. My favorite were the fresh Belgian Waffles. The boys decided to make a sign for the game in hopes of being spotted on National Television. Unfortunately we did not have poster board. The boys went down to the front desk and they without charge provided cardboard, markers and scissors. I have never had such a pleasant hotel stay and I will say that this hotel set the bar for all other hotels to jump. Thank you to the entire staff at this Drury location.

Nice place !
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/31/07
We enjoyed out stay at this hotel. We enjoy traveling and found this hotel very worth the money. It was convenient to the expressways but especially to the events we can to the city for. Its walking distance from the arch and the Landing. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The Free cocktails were good as well as the breakfast. The room was clean as well as the bathroom which can be a turn off in some hotels. I would most definitely recommend this hotel without a doubt. And if needed would stay here again, probably one of the best hotels in downtown St. louis for the money and amenities.

AAAAAA++++++ accomadations
By jazzy, 09/04/06
I have stayed here at least 5 times due to my sons and son in law going to the coast guard. I have never had one bad experience. I have always been given the best rates and the best service of any place I have ever stayed. Its not someplace you stay and think well it could be worse, or it was someplace to sleep... It was always very clean, the staff was always very helpful and friendly and you will miss out on a great stay if you dont stay here..

Never a Doubt at Drury
By JD, 09/26/05
I travel all over Missouri and spend a couple nights a week in hotels. Dury is the best kept secret in Missouri. Whenever I stay anywhere else I am disappointed. I have stayed several swanky $200.00 a night hotels and they can't touch a $79.00 room at Drury. Plus after the $79.00 room charge they don't stick you everyplace else. Free internet, usually a few free sodas in the room, free cocktails at the little happy hour deal, free long distance and a GOOD free breakfast. The swank places want $15 a day for internet, charge $5 if you take a can of soda out of the mini-bar and charge outrageous long distance. Stay at any Drury with confidence.
