Sonesta ES Suites Orlando, Orlando

I'd have to say, this was not what I expected, where we got to the room, it was waaaay smaller than they said it was.

The hotel was in a nice position for Disney, Universal etc... A breakfast buffet was provided every morning, but the good stuff ends there. The room was old and needed updating. Fresh towels, toilet rolls etc.. had to be asked for all the time. The excercise room had nothing working in it. Our room itself was very very loud. Everything happening in the pool was echoed in, as well as doors opening and closing etc.. The room was very very loud all day and night. Probably a nice place for families, but for couples it is a big NO NO!

Spent first 2 weeks in October in 1 bed apartment, staff friendly, room cleaned every day, good breakfast,would consider staying here again David and Melanie, Newcastle, UK.

we loved the staybridge b/fast was brill rooms spotless staff so frendly there was nothing we could say bad about it we will stay there everytime worth every penny and we will recommend it to anyone

The check in service was excellent, very warm staff. The rooms were very comfortable and cosy. The location on I-Drive was very convenient and the breakfast was good. Free internet service near the lobby. Will be very happy to return to the hotel next year.

This was perhaps the best value I've had in recent years. The location is convenient to all the attractions (what we all go there for) in Orlando. It's within walking distance of a few restaurants and shops. Rooms were clean and comfortable - not plush but I didn't expect it to be. We had a two bedroom suite and it was perfect for me and two boys. The midweek social hour, with freebie drink, was a treat. My only complaint - they were out of clean pool towels by early evening. I definitely would stay there again!!!

i loved the whole lot!!!!!!!!!! It was very clean!! the rooms were spacious!! it deserves more stars than it has!! The food was lovely!!! I would deffinatly go back to the stay bridge suits!!!!!

1) This was the perfect place to stay for our family of 2 adults and 3 little kids. The suite fit us just right, the location was very convenient and the complimentary breakfast was what we needed. Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful; when we asked for towels nfrom the front desk, for example, they arrived in 5 minutes flat. 2) Only one small problem, related to the shuttle service to/from the parks. The evening shuttles return from Disney at odd hours: 6:45 PM, and then nothing until 8:50 PM, and the shuttles are combined with other hotels. This means that if the park closes at 7, you need to catch the 6:45, or you'll be waiting around for 2 hours, which in turn means that you'll be running for the monorail right in the middle of the fireworks. But aside from that, a really excellent place.

Staybridge Suites were just perfect, after a nine hour flight and travelling with three children they are the perfect pleace to stay. Very clean and comfortable accommodation - home away from home. Very friendy and helpful staff in a perfect location on I Drive. Cannot wait to go back. Valerie - Dublin, Ireland.
