The worst customer service I've experienced

The pool is nice, the lobby impressive: but the staff here has the worst customer service I have ever seen: it's almost comical.
My family swims, so we sometimes need extra towels. The handful of times we've asked, the employees have consistently refused to bring them to our room, insisting we need to come after them. This happened even when I explained I was not dressed and was alone with a sleeping child.
Yesterday the maid service came to the door at 9:00 am and insisted if they were not allowed to clean right then, we would have to do without. We called the front desk, and they confirmed that, so we had to get the kids up and out of the room early. And several times my key quit working, and the last time the pregnant front desk clerked snapped at me to keep it away from my cell phone. I told her I knew that could cause problems and I was careful not to do that, and she gave me a sneer and an eye roll.
We've probably stayed here less than 6 times, and this was the second time the air conditioning quit working in the middle of the night: last night it kept trying to come on, and was so noisy, we got no sleep.
My husband told me never to book this hotel again: he'd rather pay double than put up with the arrogant staff and the air conditioning problems. We are used to hotels that make you feel welcome.
