Comfort Inn And Suites, West Springfield

This hotel was very nice. We stayed in a suite for $129 per night. Our kids were able to watch TV in one room while we were relaxing in the other room. Doesn't sound like much but after a long day at the park, relaxing without the kids jumping on the bed next to you is priceless. The continental breakfast was amazing. Fresh donuts delivered every day and a waffle machine to make your own hot waffles, and a great variety of other continental breakfast items. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They have directions to everything a tourist might need readily available. Another big point was six flags only being five minutes away. Again after a long day in the park with three wired out kids, it's very nice to have a short drive. Movie theatre and grocery store very close. The hotel is clean and the pool is kept at a nice temperature. The floor around the pool is a non-slip surface so I wasn't terrified when my five year old daughter ran. Not only would I recommend this hotel but I am going to stay there every time we go back to six flags. My kids loved the hotel and the park.

their location was great. the staff was great. the front desk man was great he gave me driction to all place i needed and the front desk mans name was sham rana. he was nice.

Check in for a night with a suite with two queen size beds. The set up and rooms where were OK... until we noticed cherios on the kitchen floor from previous guests. The heater in the room was very noisy and was a deterent to getting a good nights sleep. Rather disapointing considering the other reviews and the price tag. On the plus side the pool and sauna was a nice setup after being on the road all day, and the internet connectivity was good.

I can't say enough about the people that work at this hotel. They were great people and very friendly. We came to visit a few colleges with my son. The front desk had a lot of information on the area and directions to everywhere we needed. The room was nice and the breakfast in the morning perfect. Great waffles.

Although this hotel was a little off the main road, it was worth finding. The location was very quiet and we got a great night's sleep. Seemed like the hotel was recently upgraded with new bedding and had a great breakfast in the morning. Staff was friendly and knowlegable about the area. Will definately use this hotel again when we come back for the Big E or Six Flags.

Talk about a needle in a haystack! We went up and down the main freeway 4 times before we finally saw the tiny little Comfort Inn sign that was beside the road. I don't know how they stay in business if the number of rooms being used the night we were there is any indication of their regular trade. The room was just average, location was okay, once we found it, the price was good, but I don't even remember the continental breakfast, so it must have been forgettable. The staff was nice and helpful, but it was with no regrets that we left early the following morning.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is rather inexpensive, so we were not surprised with what we got. The rooms were rather small, however were clean and well kept. The hotel overall is in need of some simple maintenance to make it more appealing. The exterior of the hotel is a bit on the dingy side and there are several areas on the interior that could use some minor repair. The pool and the free wifi Internet were nice as well. Staff was rather nice as well as we were allowed to check in a few hours early.
