Our room/bathroom was not clean and there was a pubic hair in the toilet - it is impossible that the cleaning staff cleaned it with a toilet brush. (Unless the toilet brush was dirty to begin with???). We had to call the front desk and ask for towels, shampoo and soap each day of our three day stay. The cleaning staff were less than helpful and acted like they did not care at all about customer service. They don't use fitted sheets on the beds, they put down a flat sheet that is constantly shifting all night. They did not sweep the room each day and we had to request that also. We felt like we had to scratch and claw for the basics of hotel services our entire stay. The only bright spot was the front desk staff were very accomodating. We will never come back!

This is the last time I will stay there.My most recent encounter was with a "next door neighbor" who had 10 kids in a single room having a birthday party for his 12 yr. old son!!!----Guess they figure they'd trash the hotel instead of their own home(if they have one!) so I had to deal with a gymnasium in the room next door until 1:30 A.M.Multiple calls to the front desk did nothing until approx. 11:30 I bashed on my neighbors door & asked the animals to keep it down.This was the 1st(& last) time my Wife traveled with me to this particular hotel.She was quite surprised I would want to stay there at all.I had had little trouble if any there in the past;but I see this particular Best Western going down hill FAST! Find another room!

I liked having food and shopping close by. Also, I liked the extremely easy access to I81. We have stayed at this Best Wstern several times and the service has always een good.

We bring our own sheets. The sheets do not appear fresh. They are wrinkled and give the appearance of having been used. A flat bottom sheet never stays in place. The rooms are barely clean. Location keeps this place in business.

I'm forced to stay here for my client's per diem room rate, so I've been here for several months: The rooms are barely clean; there is still the smell, but now it's disinfectant or room spray or something; the breakfast is limited (but ok for the price, I suppose); the desk staff is helpful; TV service is limited and uneven; wireless internet access is only available in the lobby - a network connector cord can be used in the room; fitness room equipment is nearly all broken (management was advised by me and by others, but still broken a month later); room ventilation (heat or air) is poor; even the alarm clock styles aren't consistent from room to room; bathrooms are in need of renovation (water controls inconsistent and some tub surfaces are damaged). Hotel insists it's renovating, but there hasn't been any evidence of that recently. Gold Crown Club - The member does all the work of ensuring that the points are posted, to the point of having to provide receipts. Other chains post within a day of stay completion - these guys take two weeks if they do it at all. This property is near the Farm Show Arena, so it gets a lot of show business, but otherwise, this place should be condemned.

We were VERY happy with the service. We booked online and found coupons on the way up. Front desk accepted coupons and made changes to the new cheaper nightly rate.We saved over $10 per night.Rooms were clean and quiet.Our room was next to the interstate and still could not hear the traffic. A/C worked fine and had plenty of hot water. We will stay there again.THANKS!!

We have a corporate rate, but there is nothing stellar about the hotel. Front desk folks are very friendly, but heat and ventilation are not strong and the rooms are basic - couldn't get internet stuff to work correctly. For the money, would do another hotel.

I was there on a business trip in august of 2005, the first night they put me in a room on the 1st floor with a outside door to the pool. it was summer, it was hot and the pool was full of kids, it was very noisy, and I had a hard time sleeping, I requested a quieter room the second night, the hotel was great at putting me on the 3rd floor, was a much quieter room , they were very accomodating. the room on the 3rd floor was also much cleaner then the room on the 1st floor.

NICE MOTEL LADIES AT THE DESK WERE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS VERY NICE AND WELL STOCKED. POOL WAS SMALL BUT SERVED THE PURPOSE AFTER A HOT DAY AT THE PARK COOLED THE KIDS DOWN AND LET THEM LET OFF SOME STEAM. IF IN THE AREA AGAIN WOULD STAY THERE AND WOULD RECOMMEND IT MY FRIENDS AND CO-WORKERS
