Hotel Residence Open, Vallauris

this is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in ever. the room had no air conditioning. at the time my son was little so we had one hotel room and not two. there was one bedroom and it is criminal to call it a bedroom. it wasnt big enough to fit my boiler in. although it felt like i had. it was ridiculously hot. my son had to sleep on a pull out bed which was on wheels. eventually we all swapped rooms and i ended up on the pull out bed which was in the lounge area. as soon as i stepped in it i sped off up the room at about 300MPH because of the wheels. it was like sleeping in a drawer. it made me feel sick in the end because every time i breathed it moved up the room and crashed into a wall. the pool was freezing, service was poor but they did make nice chips. the reason i said it was great value is because i payed and they had my credit card details and everything but they forgot to actually charge me for it. got a week of hell for nothing. shows what the staff were like. SERIOUSLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
