The best hotel I have ever been

I usualy travel at least two-three times a year to different countries in Asia. Amari Water Gate in BKK has been my best. The management is excellent. Staff is well-trained and kind , particularly the business centre was extremely helpful once I used it. I feel sometimes even more relax than my own house. Curtains, all decorations, colors, bed etc are chosen in a nice way that give you tremendously relaxing time even when you are attending stressful business meeting. Wish all hotels could learn from this hotel.

it is the good hotel good staff location is good for shopping people the traffic is much in this area vety busy road all shopping centre is on walking distance branded and un branded over all staff, service, hotel all r good

everytime am goin to bkk amd stayin in amri watergate its best place everything is near to there is world trade center and computer center and alot there even small shops around there also.. the hotel is very nice the staff they are very friendly.am goin after a week there with my girlfriend.i cant wait to be there.cheers

Nice place for honeymoon :)

This is our first time in Bangkok, and we enjoy stay in this hotel. Location is great near shopping mall and lots of foods. We stayed in deluxe room, which is very clean, and cozy.The cleanning service also great. We recommend this hotel to every honeymooner.

A great hotel to stay in

For first timer in Bangkok, indeed we enjoyed so much while staying there for 2 nights. The hotel lobby looked great & grand, restaurant food (buffet breakfast & Thai food, bakery) is good. Hotel staffs are very helpful & friendly, I can say that I can't find such a warm smile & feeling in other part of the world, except in Bangkok.

Very courteous and helpful staff

It's a beautiful hotel with excellent service. We stayed in a deluxe room - very clean (including the bathroom which is the most important part of the room), the bedsheets, carpet, etc. The Front Desk, Guest Relations Service, Concierge, Doorwomen and Operator were very courteous and helpful to us, first-timers in Bangkok. They had maps ready as well as mass schedules of Catholic Churches. They didn't get tired of giving us estimates of taxi fares and travel time to our destinations. The hotel is right across a clean wholesale mall and stone's-throw away from the new first class Siam Paragon Mall. Facilities include Clark Hutch gym and spa. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous and it had a wide variety of breads, viands, fruits, cereals and juices. Although a bit more expensive than other hotels in Bangkok, it was worth it. Truly a great place to relax after tours and shopping around the city.

One best hotel in town...

Amari Watergate Hotel

It's location is just a street away from some of the shopping malls. Right next to the hotel, there are a lot of small shops and street vendors selling anything from food to clothing items(cheap!). If you like to check out the street life, all you need is to take a walk out and around the hotel.

Food in the hotel's cafe is only so-so. Unless you're too tired to go elsewhere for a meal, then do I suggest the in-house restaurants.
