Excellent
By Jaya, 9/20/07
We loved it. It has an excellent heated pool, dry and steam saunas and complimentary continental breakfast. The suites are great - we had the one with 2 bedrooms, with living room and a kitchen - 1 bath. LObby and elevator a bit small though.

WANTING TO GO BACK FOR HONEYMOON!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/20/06
The Hotel was fantastic! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was out of this world, huge bath and bed! The meals in both the bar and resturant were beautiful. One member of bar staff I think he was called Andre was very nice! he gave us loads of advice on where to go and what attractions to go to! overall fantastic experience.

A great room and great service
By Jynxetta, 6/15/06
This was a great hotel, close to the Pimlico station, so one is only a couple of blocks (four or five minutes) from the tube. The hotel is in a quiet area, not a bit of noise, and has a friendly staff and great maid service; our room was very clean, and I am a bit of a germ freak in hotels. My only complaint is that they opened our window once while we were out--luckily, we don't leave valuables in the room. The concierge was extremely agreeable and helpful and very patient with guests. There is a little mini-mall attached to the establishment, so one can get an early bite and drop off dry cleaning if one wishes. Mostly, I loved the space (and cleanliness). Having our own little kitchen with and a lot of closet and shelf space was really nice, especially since we were there a week. There was a microwave, a refrigerator, and again, a lot of shelf space in the kitchen to store our food and beverages in and a nice batch of tea and coffee at our finger tips each morning. Everything in the room worked as it should, and my only complaint about the room is that the mattress was kind of hard--a bit of a back-breaker--but it was overall a pleasant stay, and I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends.

Beautiful grounds, large rooms
By Mandy, 5/23/05
My mother and I stayed here and it was absolutely lovely. Quaint gardens, nice, quiet, residential location, beautiful rooms, huge bathroom, and we got a good deal by calling last minute.

It was close to the metro but it was in a residential area-nothing walking distance.
