very pleased
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/08/08
This place had easy access to I-95 and many choices of restaurants. Also, had a Wal-mart near by which came in handy to pick up some needed personal items. The price was even lower ($66.w/tax using AARP) than quoted on the phone and was given a room w/ a whirlpool tub. Indoor pool area was nice as was the lobby which had a mezanine area for breakfast w/ a big HD television. Breakfast was sufficient w/ freshly made waffles and a well-maintained, clean serving area. However, the juice machine left something to be desired as the OJ was really watered down and tasteless. Would have liked more fruit (apples were offered.) Very friendly, helpful service. At first the lighting in the room seemed very dim, but bulbs brightened up after a few minutes and we realized they must use energy saver bulbs. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel for the price.

Terrible Experience!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/10/08
My wife and I stayed at the hotel and didn't think twice about it since Comfort Inns are all over the country. Unfortunately we woke the next morning to find "Bed Bugs" in our bed. I told the front desk about the problem, and they gladly refunded our money. We took all the necessary precautions about the "Bed Bugs". We threw out all of our belongings we took into the hotel room. When we reached our "Brand New" apartments we still had the bed bug problem. So we are out all of our belongings and we had to pay for an exterminator to come in and get rid of them. To sum up our experience at this hotel, with what we lost and what we had to pay out of pocket...We are looking at close to $1000. And When I try and contact the hotel, all I get is the run a round!

Thoroughly enjoyed
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/10/08
Enjoyed our stay enough to make it a stopping point on the return trip. Polite staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, quiet, well appointed, convenient location for freeway access and dining. Indoor pool was a plus and the exercise room helped "uncramp" after a long drive. Used coupon from rest area publication which made it an exceptional value. Slight problem with water pressure for shower and toilet. Nice touch-"waffles in the morning" (with yogurt if you like)and variety of breads/cereals/juices and even biscuits and sausage. Apples offered-how about adding bananas and grapes?- just a thought. Would certainly recommend!

Very helpful staff, but lacked cleanliness
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/13/07
I was very impressed with the staffs williness to move a refrigerator into our room when we requested it. They did not have a room available with one, so instead they immediately found one and moved it into a room that was available. Unfortunately, the room wasn't all that clean. There were cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling and mold/mildew around the tub. I also book hotels that have fitness rooms but the only piece of equipment that wasn't Out of Order was a stepper. Nothing else was in working order. Other than that it was good.

Good hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/18/06
This hotel is pretty decent. We have stayed there a few times and have out of town guests that have stayed there. No problems, No complaints, very clean and a pleasant staff.

Very quiet and comfortable
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/11/04
This is one of the few Comfort Inn locations that I like. I've stayed at this location numerous times in the past. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The one time I had a problem was when the toilet overflowed. It was after midnight and the only other room available was a smoking room. The front desk clerk assisted in moving my things to the other room. I often request a room with a sunken-whirlpool tub. I found that you have to ask for it specifically else it'll be luck that you get a room with it. There could be more to the complimentary breakfast. However, there are restaurants within walking distance. Despite being close to the interstate highway, there are no disturbing highway noise. At least, it didn't bother me.
