Wiang Inn Hotel, Chiang Rai

I liked it all but the price was a bit steep for the facilities offered. The room lay out was great but the bath room could do with a dob of paint.May be during the holiday season they can charge what they like but the price of 3500Baht quoted was a bit much compared to similar properties at the same holiday period in Chiang mai. The Karaoke bar was very good and had plenty of staff, a pity that they were more interested in their pimples than the guests. Drinks were great and well presented. Reception excellent and the breakfast staff could not do enough to please.May be the next time the BF food will be hot but than the temperature outside was reasonable.Stay again but hope for a better rate.
