You pay for what you get.

I stayed at the Ho Jo because my connection flight was canceled. I picked the Ho Jo because of the location and because of the low price. My cell phone had died so when I came to the receptionist at the front desk I told her that I needed a wake up call for the morning. I entered my non-smoking room to find out that non-smoking did not apply to this room. There was a dirty wet wash cloth in the sink at the rest room and bath tub looked dirty also the alarm clock was not the correct time. I got over the dirty room knowing that I didn't pay that much for it. I woke up in the morning with out an alarm clock. I called the front desk to see what time it was because my alarm clock was incorrect. The receptionist was the same lady from the night before, she told me it was 8 am an hour after I had my wake up call. I was in a panic, gathered my things and went to the front desk to ask for the shuttle service. She seemed very uninterested in helping me out. In fact she left in the middle of our conversation to go to Burger King down the road. I was astonished at the lack of professionalism by the employee. I missed my flight and had to pay the difference. Just remember you get what you pay for.
