Motel 6, Brookfield

It was difficult to find. We knew we were very close, so called motel for directions. The directions given were not good and it still took 20 minutes going the wrong way twice. The 1st room was not clean. No problem, we were given a 2nd room. The price was decent, but absolutely no amenities. The motel is close to several good choices of restaurants. However, we are not likely to return unless some explanation is given on how cleanliness would be improved.

The size of the room was insanely TINY!!! My bedroom at home(apartment)is bigger than the room/bathroom combined. Bedding was dirty, shower was disgusting. Old soap was left on the shelf. The skimpiest towls I have EVER seen. They looked like hand towls. Only plus is they have an on sight security guard that walks around all night. Makes you feel a little bit safer. It is in a very good location as far as food and entertainment. Hard to find your turn though if your not watching closely!!! All in all not happy with this place!! Find somewhere else to stay if you can, the extra $10-$25 is worth it to get the better room and service.
