HORRIBLE SERVICE

I called Tourist Lodge from 2PM through 8PM on 12/02/09. No one never ever answered the telephone at their phone number of 310-677-0112. I had relatives their in an emergency situation and was unable to reach them. I have never experienced any thing like this before where a business do not answer the telephone. I tried at least 15 times and the phone will just ring until it rings to the busy signal. No voice mail or anything. Horrible service. They suck!

When I went to touristlode I noticed it was the most beautiful hotel on the whole block. So I stayed their. The rooms are really nice and I can't wait to go back and enjoy another pleasant night their. The service their was great also. Close to airport.

REALLY GOOD ROOMS

really nice exterior and beatiful interior. Service reallly good. Only problem no swiminng pool. Very nice new furniutre and beautiful wallpaper colors. Would love to stay here again. Preety good price compared to other hotels. Wouldnt mind staying here agian. If you want to stay close to the airport this would be a A+ for you. Ive actually stayed at the days inn next to the airport and than a couple of days later i stayed here at touristlodge and the days inn was lame compared to this hotel.

its ok

Well the rooms are ok just don’t try the so called "Jacuzzis" they look just like showers, and the personnel example the employee down stairs has a serious problem I asked him for extra towels, and he responded by saying to me, hey I don’t give extra towels I don’t give extra nothing, you think imam buy a 747 plane with this job so, I suggest you don’t ask the guy for anything extra service he looks like he has enough problems. but the rooms down stairs at least are clean and they rooms smell fresh.
