Worst hotel yet!
My husband and 2 other people with whom I traveled just stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with Trafalgar Tours. There was no air conditioning. We were forced to sleep with our windows open to receive some sort of air flow, which was LOUDLY accompanied by teenagers making tons of noise, screaming, fooling around, laughing until nearly midnight. Our window faced a courtyard and all of the noise kept us awake. Every area of the hotel was severly understaffed, as evidenced by the tired, overworked and stressed employees. Our room had 2 twin beds, zero pictures or any decoration of any kind in the room/bathroom. There was no mini-refrigerator, a small TV and horrible super thin pillows. The very worst part was the food served in the dining room. Both nights, we were unable to eat more than a taste of the food. It was that bad! Breakfast was slightly better, but not by much. Horrible experience. Please don't waste your money by staying here. The beautiful outside appearance is quite deceiving!
