Clean enough. Many of the guests are people from the area (not travelers)and some of them can be noisey.

This place is a dump

The grounds are absolutely filthy!! Toliet paper, garbage, beer bottles all over the place. Just plain filthy. When it snowed, they didn't even bother cleaning the walkways so you could get to your car without having to climb through a snow drift. Even the slightest noise from the room next door was audible as the walls were paper thin or the adjoining door was not fitted correctly. "Free" coffee in the morning for early travelers is not served until AFTER 7am. The place was a dump.
