What a HORRIBLE experience!
First off, our rooms were not ready on time, at 3, as promised. We were so tired that we just wanted to get into rooms, and had to separate our family and get rooms on opposite sides of the hotel. Secondly, the toilet overflowed TWICE in our room... and no one had even used it the first time! Next, our A/C barely worked, and it was 90 degrees outside My brother's room's TV remote didn't work, and it took him all day (3 requests) to request new batteries till finally his girlfriend went down and picked them up. They claim they have a "free hot breakfast"... which consisted of stale muffins/donuts, this horrible looking mixture of scrambled eggs with bits of grey-looking sausage meat in it and diced green peppers and dixie cups full of what I assume was waffle batter for the waffle iron. Their pay-per-view movies were RIDICULOUS, anywhere from 10-15.00 for a simple regular-run movie. There were broken appliances out in the hallways the whole 3 days we were there, (for example, a broken A/C, a broken microwave AND a mini-fridge).
When we checked out, we were in such a rush to leave that I later called and told them about the problems we had. They took 20% each room bill, which was proper seeing that this is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. I don't reccommend this to ANYONE... and, although I know all Comfort Inns aren't the same, I would be wary about ALL Comfort Inns from now on!
