Way Overpriced

Excuse me, but when you pay that much for a room the internet should be wireless and free ... it's no more than you'd expect from a room at the Holiday Inn Express or La Quinta, at half the price. The location was tops especially for taking the train to the airport, highly recommended. The best one can say about this location is that the staff is incredible! Pleasant and efficient without being intrusive, totally first class! Beyond that it's a room, in a hotel with overpriced, poorly managed internet service. I've had better free connections at a Burger King. And really even if I wasn't sharing the room with a travel companion would it break the bank to stock the bathroom for two? There are, after all, two beds in the room. I'm not sure about others, but I'd rather not have to wash my face with the same bar of soap that my friend just used to wash his butt.

The service was fantastic. Everyone from the valet to the front desk clerk were great. We had the most wonderful view from our room of the Atlanta skyline. The Marta station and Lenox malls are right down stairs. Do not try to go anywhere driving on Friday afternoon, take Marta if you are going into Atlanta. We really enjoyed our stay. I had previously read a post about noise and we did not notice too much on our stay.

Great Stay!!!!!!

This is a wonderful place to stay while in the Buckhead/Atlanta area. The hotel was all you could possibly hope for in an UPSCALE SOUTHERN HOSPITALIY hotel stay! I must say a word about the staff! They were wonderful, especially Felix, Cookie, and Ahmed. My daughter was there on a business trip, and I went along to help with my grandchildren and I must say, we had no problem finding things to do, such as the adjacent Lenox Square Mall! Yes, it is connected by a corridor so you never have to go outside the building. Room service food was always on time and very good. The room was big and very clean. The beds are very comfortable... your guest robe and feather pillow seal the deal for a good nights rest. The pool area was quiet and very nice. The only negative comment, the rooms are not sound proof and you can hear everything from the hallway. I will still give this hotel a 10 out of 10!!!

I loved loved loved staying at the JW Marriott in Atlanta! The only negative would be the cost of parking and/or the lack of complimentary parking for guests staying there. The room I had was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. The eating area in the hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly. This hotel was located in a nice area and the marta station was close by so getting to different locations was easy. This is a wonderful hotel for families, singles, couples, romance, business, whatever... I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The luxuriousness of it really makes you feel like a superstar!

Best hotel I have stayeed at

The JW was by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. It was even nicer than the hotel that I stayed at in Maui. Has all the luxuries and amenities that any couple would need. Attached to one of the best malls in Atlanta as well. Would recommend and would stay at again!

very comfortable hotel room. Especially quiet. Loved the elegant decor. Great bath products! Superb location! Very comfortable and elegant. Will definitely stay here again! Great exercise room with all the machines and open 24 hrs

A great getaway

When my fiance and I arrived at the JW we were greeted with smiles and and warm welcome. They offered assistance with parking the car and the luggage immediately. Checking in took all of two minutes and information was offered on places to go. The entire tome we stayed there everyone was friendly and the hotel was extravagant. If we are in the Atlanta area again we will definitely stay there! Staying here everyone feels like a movie star.

Luxury & Beautiful Room

I live in Atlanta and used this hotel as a birthday present. Was the best present I could have given. The service was fast and the room was Beautiful. I loved the feather bed! The room view does leave something to be desired. It was close to the Buckhead area clubs and restaurant. Will defintley go back for another in-city getaway.
