NOT the "Best Value"

They have the worst customer service skills and only care about getting their money. They wanted to charge a $10 guest fee when people were just visiting, they said that "visiting hours" were over, and that we had to notify them if anyone was going to be visiting our room!!! Their bedding (mattress, matress pad, sheets, cover) are all stained and smell. The carpeting had a sticky feel to it as well. When we told them we were leaving to go to another hotel, they gave in and said nevermind about charging us the guest fee, etc. The rooms are as BASIC as you can get, no alarm clock, only a small tv, one small trash can, and no table! GO ACROSS THE STREET TO THE BEST WESTERN, DON'T GO HERE!!!
