Microtel Inn and Suites Claremore, Claremore

I absolutely love this hotel; however, the staff is very rude to their guests and treat them like children. This is our third stay. The last time they were to move us to another room with a jacuzzi and made us wait till late in the evening to move because they waited till the last minute to clean it. This stay they want us to move every other day to different rooms throughout the entire hotel. They also pick and choose what rooms to clean as ours is never cleaned every day and unless we ask for clean towels, they're not provided on those days they don't clean. And if you get a jacuzzi room, expect to clean it yourself during your stay as they never touch those once you enter the room. Their breakfast has good choices and is always fresh and the rest of the hotel is always in pristine condition. The beds are very comfortable, the pillows nice and comfy and the towels are white and soft. Some rooms have coffee pots, hair dryers and microwaves but not all and I believe all the rooms here go for the same cost. They also have free local and long distance calling and free wireless internet.
