Days Inn & Suites, Marion

We arrived and were given a room that was not cleaned yet and only a king bed for 3 people. 2nd room king bed and I was given a roll away at front desk with sheets and blanket to bring up myself to 3rd floor. When we got to our room no air conditoning 90 degrees out and went to call front desk and phone didn't work either. We changed again and finally got some sleep. I was too tired to change hotels completly. The topper is I found out 3 days later I was charged twice for the same room and recieved service like that I would never recommend anyone stay there. Manager was never around to speak with and I called for 3 days to talk to one. I had to call 1800 daysinn to get a refund on the 2nd charge to my acct. Will never stay at this hotel again . I travel alot and this is the first review I have ever took the time to do so no one has to go through what I did.

the hotel was great. the room was great. the food was great. the pool was great. the service was great. i would stay here again.
