Jackson - Brandon Red Roof Inn and Suites, Brandon

We've been returning to this hotel for the past 3 years for our annual family reunion. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The rooms and lobby are very neat and clean. Our only complaint was that the swimming pool needed some extra attention.

My credit was over charged. The desk clerks and maids were so nice! We were promised the pool was swimmable my granddaughters and me brought swimming suits. We liked the ideas that someone(the older white guy)thought it was good enough to stay there so long.

This Red Roof is inconsistent. First time, clean room, quiet and nice stay. Second time, rude desk clerk, thin walls no help when loud and noisy children next door and down the hall, making noise late into the night. Room this time was not so clean. Will not stay again since did not care for desk clerk and needed sleep badly after screaming kids of fellow guests.
