Bad Management

Stayed one night. Accidentally left a pair of nice earrings in the room. Called to see if they had been turned in. No was the answer. Either the house maid and/or management found them and kept them. Never again at this property!

GROSS!

My partents stayed in a smoking room. After landscaping all day long at my house Father (70) Mom (65) they were completely bushed when they checked in at 830PM. When I asked my Mom how her room was she said it was GROSS! She said the room reaked like smoke so badly they had to sleep with the windows open. Even though its a smoking room it shouldnt reak!!! She said it looked like it had not been cleaned for months! She didnt even want to put her head on the pillow! She went to the car and got her own and a blanket she had in the car! When calling the hotel to complain I was basically told.. Oh well..... DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I was so embarrassed for my parents because I recommended this place as we live in an afluent part of the twin cities. NEVER AGAIN!!

Don't do it!

The room we reserved was not provided us. We were given less favorable rooms without any price adjustment. Because it was over the holidays there was no room cleaning service. The garbages in the parking lot and hallways were not emptied. It was an unpleasant experience. We have tried to contact the manager via telephone (3 messages), a letter and an email. Our messages are not returned.
