Gafy Resort, Sharm El Sheikh

very dirty hotel food is horrible service terrible cheap ass hotel we will never visit this gafi resort again

Where do i start! I am an Egyptian American who lives in Los Angeles, Ca. I been to Sharm El Sheikh about five times and never have i experienced the low class service that i got from the front of the house ( hotel managers, receptionist, hotel gaurds, etc...) they are rude and unkind to the egyptian natives that can actually afford to stay at this so called four star hotel.. not only that the rooms look like they are stuck in 1975!! they are out dated and small.. we stayed 9 nights in there so called "best room in the hotel" and our hot water was out for a whole day, our tv was no bigger then 12 inches , our pillows felt like we slept on rocks and last but not least they gave my cousin and i one room key to share.. so no matter what we wanted to do we had to meet somewhere at a certain time to make sure we can get back into our room!!! This place was also way to expensive for the stars that they so called recieved. i believe they rated this hotel themselves!! Example.. our dinner and breakfest was included in our deal but they failed to mention that when you do have dinner you must buy your own water!!! seriously!!? Water!!! I'll stop now before i give my self a heart attack.. in all fareness the only good thing about Gafy was the Service staff when we had breakfest and dinner. They were kind and very friendly. p.s. I NEVER write reveiws on anything but i guess there is always a first for everything. Do your research and if its up to me i would really look into making drastic changes GAFY owner wherever you are!!!!!!!

The thing about that hotel was the cleaning , I was shocked when I entered the bath room i found blood on the curtin :( also my clothes were stolen on the beach :(..It was worst vication ever I don't recommend this hotel for you ... but to be fair the food was good and the beach shows were good but does this worth being stolen in your holiday.....it is up to you guys

i went there a year ago.i 'll never go there again for the following reasons: 1- the staff were not flexible at all and poor service and the day we arrived they didn't let us have our breakfast coz the first day the breakfast wasn't included..we said we want 2 exchange the last day's breakfast coz we're leaving early and won't b able 2 take it anyway...but they agreed after an argument !!!! 2- the room wasn't clean and the bathroom and there were stains on the blankets !!! 3-the breakfast was good but the dinner was sooo bad.... the only good thing about the hotel is its location but can never b a 4**** hotel.only 2** from our point of view...

I never go Sharm,so i choose it to be my first special visit with my kids.hope also to find all i heard before and find it like my dream.

i like it so much that i 'm sure that when ever i go to sharm i'll stay in gafi. i like it so much that i 'm sure that when ever i go to sharm i'll stay in gafi.

nice place for honey moon. just one room for two persons. i like a sea. some sweet places for plaing and spend a nice time.
