Holiday Inn Express And Suites, Plymouth

First of all, drove 30 minutes extra to stay at a Holiday Inn because I wanted a clean, well maintained facility to sleep in. The staff was friendly; manager not available. Room was filthy. Mold in tub, shower head holder so worn that the shower head would not stay in position. Stains on carpet. Bed so worn the edges were rounded and rolled towards edge of bed. Did attempt to get manager, told not available. Called HI customer service and recieved canned response. Very disappointed. Will not stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel all week for my husbands job. I've really enjoyed the Morning and afternoon receptionist, they've been very nice and helpful... Honestly there isn't much for hotels in this area so I would probably rate this one the best. The pool was nice, very warm and the hours are great (10am to 10pm) for my husband who gets off work late when he wants to swim with us. Holiday inn express is now doing the hot breakfast in the morning and this has been a great amenity for our family.Other amenities include High Speed Internet in the room, which I've had no problems with, and a small workout room with 2 exercise bikes and a treadmill, My little one has also enjoyed the free fresh popped popcorn in the lobby in the afternoons! All in all for the money and location I would choose this hotel leaps and bounds above the others I've seen in the area.
