I want to introduse to all of you about a famous hotel, which is designed to feel more like a contemporary Vietnamese residence rather than a hotel, Park Hyatt Saigon's attention to detail extends to a range of specially commissioned works of art that are displayed throughout the hotel. The 252 French colonial designed rooms and suites provide a cozy residential ambience. All guestrooms feature marble-tiled bathrooms with a separate bath and wet area featuring a rain shower and a therapeutic handheld shower. The exclusive Xuan Spa offers relaxing spa treatments with seven private rooms including three therapy rooms, each with an outdoor terrace. The hotel’s recreational facilities include a fitness studio and a 20-metre swimming pool with cascading waterfall amidst a beautifully landscaped tropical garden. Two innovative restaurants designed by Super Potato: Square One, a stylish restaurant featuring seafood prepared Vietnamese style and steak prepared Western style; Opera, a contemporary, casual Italian restaurant with alfresco dining overlooking Lam Son Square, featuring a dramatic glass-cased wine library. Park Lounge, a perfect venue for social and business gatherings, elegant designed with floor-to-ceiling glass windows with a view of the bustling city. The ballroom and meeting facilities are elegant in design and equipped with the latest technologies including broadband and WIFI access. The Ballroom, located at the lobby level, has a capacity of up to 450 persons for a cocktail reception. Six other meeting rooms are located on mezzanine level, of which two feature large French windows with an outdoor terrace. It's all i want to tell you.

I felt comfortable immediately as they have an excellent staff who all speak very good english and who will do anything for you. The accomodations at New World have to be the best in the city. This hotel has everything and is nice that it is within walking distance to so much downtown. Highly recommended!

I stayed in this wonderful establishment last November during a company off-site, and I was completely awed by the elegance of the staff, without the holier then thou attitude in other Park Hyatt's in Asia, and the management�s ability to keep the entire grounds 5 star. For those that have not been to Vietnam, it can only be described as an emerging economy. The condition of the rest of the city is kind of rough - no disrespect. But, this wonderful building and their lovely staff bears no markings of the rough and tumble life rolling by at their curb. Makes for a great place to establish a home base to do the other jaunts out in the Ho Chi Minh City, which is filled with endless sights and sounds to be explored. Oh, just a comment on the architecture of hotel and rooms, which designed to be faithful, I guess, to what I would consider southeast Asian architectures that have been influenced by French colonialism in some way or the other. In other words, the hotel's structure itself is by far superior to any Park Hyatt I have stayed in. Booya!

Employees are warm and professional.A dynamic young team. They really care about their customers and they work with pride in the hotel. Decoration is traditional Vietnamese with the best taste. Rooms are a bit small but elegant and well equipped. If you are rich enough, go for a suite. 5-star (the highest in Vietnam) quality Location: very central of District 1 - main district in Ho Chi Minh City. I just wish it was in another province in Vietnam. Ho Chi Minh City is not a resort city. It's like Bangkok.

I stayed here for 2 nights on company business, and hence got a very attractive rate in place of the USD260 rack rate... Sufficiently big room with walk-in bathroom area, nice sheets and all... Food at Square One and Opera were excellent and affordable by Singapore price standards... Nice to be able to see the lively streets and quaint shops from the room windows, the sounds of which did not come into the room. That said, I could distinctly hear the wailing of the baby who stayed in the room 2 doors down, which was pretty much the only minus point during my stay.

First of all, i would like to write this review in response to the "person" from Hawaii. 'Well, i don't know where you've stayed before, but to me and i'm pretty sure to most of the reviewers here have the same agreetment, which this HOTEL is EXCELLENT in many perspectives. After reading all the reviews, it seems like YOU are the only one who dislike the amenity that Hyatt has to give, which is apparently have to DISSAGREE with you. The temperature of the spa need to be set @ its standard temperature, where everyone can adapt to. You can't just expect EVERYTHING to go your way. Ofcourse, this is a PUBLIC hotel, NOT individual hotel, so you can't expect everything to ACCOMMODATE your needs. Therefore, next time when you write a review for anything, be a little more curteous but not to RUIN the hotel's reputation.

They have a good culture about people, the way to live, the way to work together, the way to talk, really friendly and helpful. Services is the best with warm, gracious and efficent. Simple but makes different.With two restaurants, a Italian Restaurant near the Lobby and a Vietnamese & Western cuisine Restaurant in the first floor, they always try their best to make any guest come go feel happy & comfortable like in their home. Let think about it! The price doesn't matter when you is seating on a soft sofa, listening the music with the pianist,enjoy your lunch or dinner with a team of courteous waiter & waitress who always ready to help,good furnitures and the best facilities, a big luxurious room with comfortable bed. The hotel Park Hyatt Saigon is centrally located at Lam Son Square, near the elegant Opera House in downtown Saigon and within walking distance to businesses, shopping, entertainment and main tourist attractions. The services & facilities are perfect for guests. The prices are acceptable. We believe that all people staying at the hotel will not complain anything as well as have wonderful nights to remember. However, the light system in the hotel is too dark to have a good visibility. Anyway, this is one of the best hotels we have visited in asia.

no need to mention about its luxury, coz it's 5-star hotel, I'd like to talk bout its design. I really fancy with the interior design of Park Hyatt, the most appealing is its style of selecting paintings, for exp. the big lacquer portrait of Nam Phuong Queen hung in the lounge. Tiramitsu here is also worth-trying!
