dragon lady manager

This hotel is very clean. They have icecream and snacks and a 'happy hour' in the evening. All around great stay for a weary traveler. The staff is excellent, friendly, professional. Front desk very helpful. The only thing that really discourages me from staying here again was the way the manager treated an employee right in front of me. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in a manager. She was berating her front desk employee who was overwhelmed with phones ringing and people checking in. I have a suspicion that she was helping herself to the happy hour drinks that were being served in the room off the lobby. Makes you wonder how the staff at this hotel continues to offer such great service, with a dragon lady manager like that!

a wonderful labor day stay

This was the friendleist, cleanest and most accomodating hotel that we have stayed at. The staff was extremely professional, and accomodating to all of our needs. We were traveling with my elderly parents, and the concern the staff had for the four of us was amazing. The staff at checkin, and Angela at the breakfast buffet was most friendly and took the time to make sure everything was just right. The rooms were especially nice, clean and the beds were exceptional. Wonderful soft linens, most condusive for a restful night. We will certainly stay here again on our next trip to Ohio.

A haven from our vacation!

This was the last place we stayed on our vacation and I wish we had stopped here first! It was great. We traveled from Missouri to New Jersey and back. We were so tired by the time we reached Wadsworth and the staff was so friendly and understanding. They offered a jacuzzi room at a really great price! We paid more than twice the price for a room with terrible beds, no internet and tiny bathroom at a "resort" in Pennsylvania. This was a very nice, clean, comfortable room. We were even surprised by the breakfast of bacon, sausage, eggs and omelets! I would deffinately recommend this to anyone near the Akron area!!!
