Very Disappointed

We go annually, wife's birthday special weekend, looked forward to watching top five teams on multiple tv's in sports bar at embassy as we have done before. We were overun by ohio state fans which were allowed to takeover all big screens for their game which they lost but they had their cheerleaders and all. We wont be back during football season. Paid good money for entire weekend only to be disappointed by hotel accomodating them with beer and chips but no room.......big spenders huh. Wasted my money. Hotel, please put your ohio state fans in private room with their own space and beer and chips so they leave the paying customers to enjoy the top five teams.

going down hill

we have stayed at this hotel on average two nights every three months for four years.during that time we have seen a steady decline in the food as the prices have gone up.we have seen a steady decline in the quality of the rooms as the prices have gone up.they have about fifteen flat screen tv sets in the bar area but the rooms still have old style tv's with poor quality pictures and limited channels.the room rate on our last stay was $200.00 which is excessive for what you get.however this is a good location if you are spending someone elses money.we are going to look elseware.

Great Hotel

Great hotel. The rooms are big and clean. The hotel is only about five years old. The free drinks at night are great and the free breakfast is the best around.

Nice Hotel

I was there for business for a week. My partner was "stuck" in the hotel, but she did not seem to mind with her made to order breakfast. Everyone was wonderful. Not much of a view from our room, but was the room and atrium were very nice. Elvis AKA Tony was our valet and he was just wonderful. You can also print your boarding passes in the lobby which was handy. I agree there was lots of children running around and playing, but it was not too annoying.

Great Experience !!

We had a great experience staying here. My husband was there on business for the week. The extra living room area was wonderful. I didn't feel like I was stuck in a hotel room for a week. There was a TV in both the living room and bedroom, which was really nice. He could watch TV in one room and I could read in another. Breakfast was the best! Nothing like waking up and having a great breakfast available free of charge. I would definitely stay here again.

Expensive, but nice

On a recent business trip to the Franklin/Cool Springs area, my husband and I stayed at this Embassy the last two nights of our trip. We wished we had been able to stay our whole week there as it was so much nicer than the hotel we were stuck at for the first 4 nights. Not as nice as an Embassy Suite we've stayed in before, but the complimentary breakfast was great, and there was plenty of room for everyone. As well as the Managers Reception. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. We took advantage of the free shuttle service they provide to get to the mall and restaurants and the pool looked nice, but was always full of children. Overall it was excellent and we'd stay there again! I only gave it 4 stars because of the price.

Great Stay

Like everything about stay-- convenient to Franklin. At first they could not find our reservation. I did have our confirmation number and therefore the staff made it very easy to get us a room!! Guess they had no chose, but they were very pleasant. Everyone makes mistakes. Would have been nice to have offered us a meal or an extra night due to the hassle. Oh well-- you asked me to write more.

Very comfortable environment

I was there on business and had a 3 night stay. The staff were courteous and friendly, the complimentary breakfast was a delicious cooked to order meal. The rooms were roomy with a divided wall and door and a TV in each room. Excellent for a working environment or allowing privacy for a family. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great Hotel for Professional Meeting

Embassy Suites at Cool Springs is a wonderful hotel for a convention. With people waiting in line to check in, the staff remained very calm and organized. The process was completed much quicker than expected. The meeting areas were very spacious. There was a slight problem with keeping some of the meeting rooms comfortable temperature, but it was tolerable. All food provided by the hotel was presented very nicely, and was also delicious. I will look forward to attending my professional meeting at your location next spring. I may consider bringing my family next time.

Pleasantly Surprised

I have never stayed at an Embassy Suites until This past month. I was pleasantly surprised at the overall atmosphere of the hotel. My suite had all the amenities I needed including a $4 bottle of water (no bubbles, flavor, or electrolytes, just plain bottled water) The indoor pool was nice (far too many kids around to be relaxing however). The bar and ambience surrounding it enticed even me to stay there for the evening. The side by side projection TV's playing sports helped as well. Breakfast in the morning was great. There was plenty to offer including made to order omelets. I will certainly look for an Embassy Suites in the next place I stay.
