Best Western Inn & Suites Midway Airport, Burbank

the hotel was bad. the carpet all the way up to my room was soaked and wet including th elevator. the room that was reserved wasn'tt available. the front desk was bad. i wouldn't stay here again.

Family stayed here for a reunion July 2007. The so called continental breakfast was less than desirable and the cleaning staff was unprofessional. Stay away if traveling as a group.....there's no place for you to meet other than the breakfast room which was off limits during non-breakfast hours for some reason. The air conditioner in the lobby and hallways was either broke or turned off/down. We won't be staying here again!!

The heat did not work in the room. The room was freezing cold. There were strange stains in the carpet. The matress ripped. The floors were wet and slippery. The hotel had a strange smell.

I have travel for nearly 25 years and this by far is the WORST Best Western Hotel I had ever spent a night at. Filthy dirty carpeting in the rooms and halls, loose towel bars, insuffencent water pressure and only two towels were found for family of four. The in-room coffee pot did not work, it was clogged. The room was very cold upon check-in. the rooms are run down, I had two rooms and neither was maintained. There was no manager on-duty during the morning checkout hours (he probably don't show up until after the overnight guest have checked out). This is one motel to stay away from, your will be overcharged and very disappointed for what you get for $100 stay. By the way, the morning breakfast was the biggest joke of all. The Orange Juice even tasted watered down. This place gives Best Western a bad name.

I loved this hotel. I found it to be clean. The satff was friendly. My questions were answered, any help I need was obtained. I would stay there again. the view from my room was also good.

I really liked the location and how convienent it was to get there and back from midway. The room I sayed in was very clean compared to some hotels I have experienced in the passed. The service was okay, but can always be better. Over all I know i will be back because Best Westerns are the only hotels I go to.
