Larkspur Landing Campbell, An All-Suite Hotel, Campbell

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! Well mom has been staying at this hotel for almost two months now, because her home is being worked on... this women, Claudia Rivera, who is the "assistant manager" is always harassing my mother one way or another... Mom told then a couple of times that she did not wanted to get her room cleaned and since then this women has not left my mother alone. First time mom said she did not want to have her room served, Claudia Rivera, said, "Why, what do you have hiding that we can’t go in your place!"? With rude attitude. This is a hotel for goodness sake! She just said its moms place. If mom what’s privacy they most give it to her... In another occasion mom told them that she did not wanted the cleaning lady to come in because she needed to rest... the "assistant manager(Claudia Rivera, went to moms place to bother her again.. And this time she told my mother, "if you don’t like it here, then leave!" When my sister and go to visit mom Claudia Rivera, is always staring us down, she has a look as a very sour individual... be careful I have heard from mom that they like to still things of value. It’s a hassle caring valuable things with you but if you don’t want them to get stolen take them with you... If you choose to stay in this hotel

The room was fabulous. Large, clean and tastefully decorated with a terrific kitchen. All the amenities are well maintained and the free local calls was great. The bed was very comfortable (I have arthritis in my back so this is HUGE) Though the hotel is a suburban neighboorhood (IE: cheaper than a downtown hotel), it has the look and feel of a luxury mountain getaway. On-site laundry room was great to have. Staff was very accomidating and helpful. Lots of dining (from fast food to 4-star restaurants) and world-class shopping close by. Hotel is easy to find and well located so you can get where you need to go without a lot of trouble. I'd stay here again, highly recommend it to everyone I know and even drive a little out of my way to stay here whenever I visit the Bay Area instead of a lesser hotel.
