Staff was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to help make our stay more enjoyable. While the hotel itself is older, the rooms are comfortable and clean.

Overall it was a clean hotel with a good location, but the staff was horribly rude to us during our stay. The clerk's boyfriend was drinking beers in the lobby and she was tending to him more than the rest of her visitors. The manager Raj said that he would call us about a refund and our complaints and we never have gotten a call from him. Even if they would give us a free week there, I think I would have to decline. They don't follow their own rules they set for their own hotel, especially in the pool area which is where we had had something happen to our child and the clerk claimed that she didn't see it although she clearly did. She also didn't even care about the situation, and she called the cops when we complained about it. No, this isn't a place to go, there are plenty other hotels that'll have better service.
